As saudades que já tinha de passear e tirar fotografias. Aproveitei o Domingo passado para isso mesmo e como tal, utilizei uma das peças mais confortáveis que tenho de momento, que é este macacão da Stradivarius, que apesar de simples e muito prático, é ao mesmo tempo classy e elegante.

Hoje decidi trazer-vos algo diferente do habitual, para partilhar convosco um dos meus mais recentes hobbies: a corrida. Foi há cerca de quatro meses que decidi começar a correr. Porquê? Não faço ideia... Apenas pensei para comigo: "Hoje vou fazer uma corridinha" e desde aí que tenho continuado. São inúmeros os benefícios que correr nos traz, quer seja a nível físico, mental ou emocional. Dá-me imenso prazer e cada vez tenho aumentado mais as distâncias que faço, o que me deixa super contente.

Este é um exemplo de um outfit que costumo usar nos meus dias de running. Gosto de sentir que estou confortável e que mesmo a fazer desporto uso roupa de que gosto. Acho este sports bra muito giro e diferente pelo pormenor de assimetria nas costas, as leggins são muito simples e confortáveis e adoro estes ténis da Nike, que para além de super giros, são super adequados para a corrida.

Today I bring you something different than the usual, to share with you one of my most recent hobbies: running. About four months ago that I decided to start running. Why? I have no idea ... I just thought to myself: "Today I'm going to give it a go" and since then I have continued. There are multiple benefits that running brings us, whether they're  physical, mental or emotional. It gives me such pleasureto do it and  I have increasing the distances that I make, which makes me very happy.

This is an example of an outfit I usually wear in my running days. I like to feel comfortable and to dress the way I like, even when doing sports. I find this sports bra very cute and different beacause od the detail of asymmetry in the back, the leggings are very simple and comfortable and I love these Nike sneakers, which  are super cute and suitable for running.

Hey! Hoje trago-vos um outfit, algo que já não faço há algum tempo e já tinha saudades. Este look é muito simples, mas é muito confortável excelente para aqueles dias em que não sei o que vestir. Estas mom jeans são a minha peça de roupa favorita do momento. São mesmo confortáveis e adoro o facto de serem larguinhas. Já há muito tempo que andava a tentar encontrar umas que me ficassem bem e finalmente encontrei estas da Pull & Bear. Espero que tenham gostado e que tenham um bom fim-de-semana!

This look is very simple, but it's very comfortable and excellent for the days I don't know what to wear. These mom jeans are my favorite piece of clothing of the moment. Olá olá! Estou de volta! Hoje trago-vos um outfit todo em preto, visto que é a cor que mais gosto de usar. Estas fotos já foram tiradas há algum tempo, mas só agora consegui postar. Tenho estado tão ocupada com as aulas e as frequências, que só agora consegui arranjar um tempinho para o blog, o que me deixa muito feliz. Para um passeio perto da praia, decidi usar este conjunto bastante simples. Gosto muito desta blusa florida que tem ombros a descoberto, uma das minhas trends preferidas! Conjuguei com uns calções de ganga que já tenho há algum tempo e no Verão é das peças que mais uso. Espero que gostem e que estejam a ter um excelente Verão! 

For a walk near the beach, I decided to use this very simple outfit. I really like this flowered blouse which has uncovered shoulders, one of my favorite trends! I ore it with denim shorts that I have for some time now. I hope you liked this outifit and that you are having a great summer!
